Answering/Making a Call
To answer a call lift the receiver or press the Speaker Phone button (bottom left of the handset).
To make an internal call dial the number and the phone will automatically connect. For an outside call prefix the number with a 9.
If you don’t want to wait for the call to start then the ‘dial’ button on the soft keys on the main screen.
Placing a Call on Hold
Simply press the button on top the left column.
Alternatively, you can press ‘Hold’ on the soft keys (left hand side).
Transferring a Call
Having answered the call you can use the ‘Transfer’ button in the middle of the left column
Alternatively, you can press ‘XFER’ on the soft keys (left of centre).
